Jen O’Connell - rapidly becoming recognized
as the Voice of Wireless by perfecting the Education of Innovation - has an impressive resume in the industry as a wireless expert, having spent more than 12 years developing devices, services and networks for nationwide wireless carriers including Cingular Wireless (AT&T), Verizon Wireless, GTE Wireless, Powertel (T-Mobile) and Ameritech Cellular.

In 2006, Jen founded Voice of Wireless, Inc. and created its list of products and services designed to take her insider knowledge, simplify it, and communicate it to businesses and the world in a language that can easily be understood and used. She is the author of The Cell Phone Decoder Ring, facilitator of Wireless 101 Training Classes, host of The Candy Store Podcast, plus appearances on TV, Radio, Online and Print.

Jen O’Connell is a native of Northbrook, IL as well as a frequent visitor to her family’s ranch in Montana. Today, she lives in Atlanta, GA with her 2 cats Bently and Bailey.
